Chicago Med season 7 ended with a shocking finale that saw Dylan shoot one of the criminals. Jo returns to town after hearing the gunshot and helps Dylan carry the injured criminal to safety. The final moments of the season saw Chicago Med engulfed in flames, trapping them in the hallway with no way out.
