Netflix’s subtitle team is usually very fast, so expect around 24 hours or so before the entire chapter is completed. However, Viu and iQiyi’s subtitle team is usually more in-depth and accurate than Netflix’s. Expect a little less time delay for Viu and iQiyi.

Episode 8 of “K-Pop Star” aired on July 12th and it was a big one. The finale saw the final four contestants compete in a live show for the chance to win a recording contract with YG Entertainment. The episode began with the four finalists meeting with YG Entertainment’s CEO, Yang Hyun Suk. They were given three challenges to complete in order to prove their worthiness to be signed. The first challenge was to write and perform a song together as a group, the second was to film a music video, and the third was to perform at an outdoor concert. The finalists all performed well and proved their worthiness to be signed by Yang Hyun Suk. However, he decided that only one of them would be chosen as the winner and announced that it would be contestant No. 2, Kim Seung Woo. Kim Seung Woo was overjoyed at this news and celebrated with his fellow finalists backstage after the show. Overall, Episode 8 of “K-Pop Star” was an exciting finale that saw one contestant win a recording contract with YG Entertainment. ..
