The final episodes of Lost in Space are intense and packed with action, leaving fans of the show on the edge of their seats. Sometimes this is to the detriment of individual characters, but fans of the previous seasons will certainly be in their element.

In Season 3, the big goal is to reach Alpha Centauri, the final stretch of the Robinson’s long voyage. With the kids separated from the adults, an interesting power dynamic begins cooking. Will and Judy are the defacto leaders of the other 97 children. They find refuge on a thin stretch of oasis but time is running out. Meanwhile, Maureen and John are on their own adventure. They need to fix their ship, but they find themselves traveling to dangerous worlds in order to salvage parts to fix Jupiter 1. But will they ever find Will, Penny and Judy again?

Without revealing too much spoilers, a big bad is lurking in the shadows and could change all their lives forever. ..

The show is visually stunning, but it’s also a bit of a letdown. The first few episodes are great, but the rest of the series feels like it’s going through the motions. There’s not a lot of excitement or suspense to be found, and the finale feels a bit anticlimactic.

The show’s trademark quick-fire drama is on full display in this season. Characters are quickly introduced and quickly dispatched, with little time for development. This can be a bit frustrating for some viewers, as it can make for a fast-paced experience. However, the show does have its moments of beauty, which help to offset the pacing.

Robot has a decent arc this season exploring more of his history and origins. His evolving relationship with Will is the real highlight here. ..

Lost in Space Season 3 is a roller coaster ride of emotions. Some viewers will be frustrated by the amount of drama, tension, action and episodic issues that crop up. However, fans of Lost in Space will absolutely be in their element and love every second of it. ..

After a tumultuous first season, Lost in Space delivers another good set of episodes to expand upon season 2’s much-improved story, leaving plenty of danger for Will Robinson and co. to try and thwart.
