Insider is available to stream on Viki, as well as Viu in selected territories. For Koreans though, Insider is currently being shown on JTBC and airs at 22.30pm (KST).

Insider Episode 7 is set to release on Wednesday 29th June at approximately 4pm (GMT). The subtitle team at Viki can be a little slow before the entire chapter has been fully subbed though. With that in mind, expect the subtitles to be more in-depth. As for Viu, expect less delay.
The episode is expected to be around 1 hour and 5 minutes long.
