The Episode Review

As the finale nears, it seems as if all the pieces are finally coming together for a war that could potentially tear apart the world. Arcane’s penultimate episode provides a great insight into what’s going on and how it might play out. Seeing Ekko alive is a nice touch, as is Heimerdinger walking through the streets of the Undercity and seeing firsthand the devastation and chaos that’s gripped the nation.

The Council, unfortunately, continue to stick to their ways and despite Jayce’s radical ideas, aren’t enough to stop what’s coming. The border issue has been an interesting way of showing that some political ideas can have serious consequences, with Jinx the obvious wildcard in all of this. ..

We haven’t seen Caitlyn since her surgery, so it’ll be interesting to see what she looks like and what’s happened since. Especially as the ending hints that she is about to find out first-hand.

The montages in this show have been nothing short of amazing and whether it be the classical music like this episode or the hip-hop infused fight on the bridge last time out, Arcane has been a real visual treat alongside its gripping story. ..

The final episode of “The Walking Dead” is set to air on October 23rd and promises to be one of the most exciting episodes yet. The entire season has been building up to this moment, and it looks like it will not disappoint. ..
