With a focus on the case at hand, Seven Seconds is a gripping show that does an excellent job of exploring all angles. The finale is heart-wrenching, but it’s also very well-done.

Our thoughts on Seven Seconds this season are that it is a great show with some interesting plot lines and a lot of potential for growth. We enjoyed the show’s action and suspense elements, as well as the characters and their development. We would definitely recommend watching Seven Seconds if you’re looking for an exciting, new show to watch.

TIME: Kalief Browder Story

For Life is a 13 episode drama that interweaves prison politics with one man’s crusade (Aaron Wallace) to fight justice, one case at a time in the court-room. With a second season green-lit and lots of unresolved talking points, this isn’t the last we’ll see of Wallace making it the perfect series to dive into right now.

Making A Murderer

Similarities – Questionable Case & Corrupt Police

Since its release, A Murderer has been met with mixed reactions from viewers and critics alike. Some feel that the documentary provides valuable insight into the criminal justice system while others find it exploitative and sensationalistic. The Granddaddy of them all? Making A Murderer definitely made a statement in the true crime documentary scene when it dropped on Netflix in 2015.

The documentary does a great job of highlighting the corruption within the police force, but it omits some important details that could have helped to further investigate the case.

Steven Avery, a DNA exoneree who, while in the midst of exposing corruption in local law enforcement, finds himself the prime suspect in a grisly new crime. In this 10-year period, Avery is dogged by corruption allegations that weigh heavily on his shoulders.

Flint Town

Similarities – Documentary & Police Force

The series follows the Flint Police Department as it struggles to keep up with the demands of a city that has seen a dramatic increase in crime and poverty. Shot In The Dark is an unflinching look at the hardships facing a police force at breaking point.

The documentary follows the officers as they work to keep their town safe, while also trying to find ways to make ends meet. It is an intimate look at the lives of law enforcement officers in a struggling town, and how they are trying to make a living while keeping their community safe.

This documentary, which is heavily focused on law enforcement, is definitely different from the others. It’s well worth watching. ..

The Last Defence is an episodic documentary that looks at death row cases and exposes flaws in the US justice system. The cases are shocking, incredibly raw and certainly do well to raise some serious questions about what happened.

The first season of the show is split into two parts, with the majority of the episodes focusing on the defence. This is predictably skewed in favour of the defence, but there are enough weight to the arguments to look past it.

American Crime Story: The People VS O.J. Simpson

The answer to this question is still up for debate, as there are many people who believe that O.J. Simpson was not responsible for the death of his wife and her friend, Nicole Brown Simpson. Some people believe that he did it, while others think that he didn’t do anything. The first season of American Crime Story is a dramatized recreation of the infamous case, playing out as a courtroom drama with solid acting and some tightly refined camera work.
