Ae-Ra is a recent graduate of college and has been working at a department store for the past few years. She’s never really given up on her dreams of becoming a commentator or UFC champion, but she’s been struggling to find a way to make ends meet. Ae-Ra is currently employed as a cashier, and she hopes that one day she’ll be able to afford to pursue her dreams.

There’s a great life lesson to be learned in this story about following your dreams and some hilarious moments along the way. This is a solid entry on the list.

Although it’s still early days for this drama, Start-Up is a Korean drama about aspiring entrepreneurs looking to set up their own businesses. It’s a show that manages to balance just enough romance and comedy with this to prevent the show slipping into full-on melodrama. At least to begin with anyway.

There are several sibling rivalries at work, a love triangle and serious second lead syndrome among the characters. The ending is pretty subjective, so it’s hard to recommend but given how split the fanbase is over this one, it’s at least worth checking out to see what all the fuss is about!
